What are you grateful for?
So today, everyone wants everything instantly and they want it to be perfect. We are in a situation where people have forgotten about what matters most to them.
Gratitude is one of the most powerful things ever. Take the time each and every day to write a gratitude list, or at least take the time to take a mental note!
I am thankful for my life.
I am thankful for the food easily available to me.
I am thankful for hot water.
Whatever you want!
We become so accustomed to having these things that we forget how lucky we really are.
If your mindset isn't quite where you would like it to be, then start writing a gratitude list every morning. It will set you up with a positive mindset for the day. If you wake up with negative thoughts then your day is going to be full of negativity and your mind is going to take control of the day.
However if you take the time to think about the positive things and consciously cheer your thoughts up, then your day will be much much better!

Try it for yourself. For the rest of this month write a gratitude list EVERY DAY of things that you are thankful for, and you will then remember how lucky you are.
