Visiting an American Diner!

Following on from yesterday's food festival I wanted to eat something slightly more familiar, whilst still trying something new. So we decided to go to an American Diner (in the UK) for day 6 of the challenge. Again this post is mainly photographs showing how fabulous the diner was. Whilst I have actually been to America I did not go to an American diner (everything is commercialised as you can imagine) and so this was an exciting trip for me!

Ordered ourselves a coke float. (coke with vanilla ice cream inside!) I can't say that it's something I will be trying again in a hurry but each to their own.

And finally, the great 'Bigger one' breakfast! Obviously it tasted very similar to an English breakfast with the only exception being the sausages. The food was lovely, the scenery was cute and the American diner style music completed the atmosphere perfectly. A very lovely date if I do say so myself :)
